Proyash provides an online test-preparation platform designed for HSC candidates, university admission test takers, and entrance exam applicants. Features include:

Access to historical HSC board and university entrance examination question banks.
Custom mock test generation, answer evaluation, and score reporting.
Interactive study tools including flashcards, question bookmarking, study session timers, study goal tracking, and solution explanations.

4. Subscriptions, Packages & Payments

Free & Paid Tiers: Proyash offers free access with restricted usage (e.g., limited mock test attempts) and paid subscription packages unlocking unlimited or expanded premium features.
Payments & Renewals: Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment verification. Fees are billed in advance according to the chosen package duration (e.g., 1-month pass).
Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable law or under specific promotional terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Platform Rights: All original code, database structures, practice algorithms, brand graphics, and solution explanations are the exclusive intellectual property of Proyash.
Restrictions: You agree not to scrape, copy, re-sell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Proyash question database, UI design, or platform tools without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Proyash is an independent educational tool designed to assist with exam preparation. While we strive to maintain high accuracy across our question banks and solutions, Proyash is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific scores or admission results in official HSC or university entrance examinations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Proyash immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, attempt to compromise platform security, or engage in abusive behavior.
