Study & Activity Analytics: Your test attempt histories, mock test scores, selected answer choices, study timer/session durations, flashcard review progress, study goals, and bookmarked questions.
Payment Information: Transaction IDs, plan type, amount, and payment verification status. Note: We do not directly collect, view, or store full credit card numbers or mobile banking PINs; all payments are handled securely by third-party payment gateways.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to deliver and improve the Proyash learning experience:

To set up and manage your student profile and authentication sessions.
To generate personalized mock tests, track performance metrics, calculate study streaks, and manage study timers.
To activate paid subscription packages and grant access to premium features (such as flashcards, bookmarks, and detailed question solutions).
To enforce usage limits (e.g., free tier test attempt restrictions) and prevent platform abuse.

3. Data Storage, Security & Service Providers

We implement strict row-level database security and standard encryption protocols to protect your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with essential cloud service providers necessary to run the platform:

We retain your study progress, bookmarks, and profile details for as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or ask for complete deletion of your account and study history at any time.
